Include the page you were using, what you expected, what happened, your phone model and whether you are using the website or installed app. A screenshot can help, but hide balances, addresses, private messages and personal documents.

Never email your password or a verification code. For an account-specific issue, use the email associated with your account so we can verify your request.

Accounts are provided by the Eaglestar team. If you need access or password assistance, contact support; creating a new account is not available on the sign-in page.
